What kind of material do you sell?

We sell ceramic, porcelain and natural stone as well as LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) and click and lock vinyl flooring.

We offer TEC setting materials. We also stock and distribute BleuTek Waterproof building system.

Do you sell countertops and slab material?

While we do not have a slab selection here at our location, we work very closely with Sygma Stone in Stoneham and we have several Quartz, Marble, Granite, and Quartzite samples in our showroom to use for selections.

Do you have in house installers?

After making tile selections, we can give you a recommendation for an installer. *We only recommend installers to install our own tile*

Do you have tile in stock?

We do! We keep a large portion of tile in stock at our warehouse in Stoneham. Please keep in mind our inventory is a living inventory and changes daily, so if you are interested in a specific tile, please call us and check its current availability status.

Do you accept returns on tile?

Our return policy is as follows

“Returns accepted for 30 days after the tile leaves our warehouse with a flat rate 15% restocking fee applied to all returns. Returns will only be accepted in new and unused condition in their original packaging. No returns will be accepted on any special order tile, regardless of when the order was placed. All tile must be inspected upon delivery, installation is acceptance of material. No refunds or returns on any installed tile, no exceptions.”

You can contact us here with a brief description of your project, your name and phone number, and someone will get back to you soon! We have knowledgeable staff available every day to help! Walk-ins are also welcome.
